1. What do I need to bring to my appointment?
You’ll need a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID card). The name on your ID must match the name on the document being notarized.
2. What types of documents can you notarize?
We notarize a wide variety of documents, including:
Powers of attorney
Wills & estate documents
Real estate forms
Medical directives
Travel consent letters

Affidavits & sworn statements

3. Can you come to my home, hospital, or office?
Yes! We offer mobile notary services throughout the Portland metro area—including homes, workplaces, medical facilities, coffee shops, and more. Emergency and after-hours visits are also available.
4. What are your service hours?
We’re available:
Standard Appointments: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Emergency Appointments: Evenings, weekends, and holidays (additional fee applies)
5. Do you offer 24/7 emergency notary service?
Yes, we provide emergency mobile notary services outside regular hours. A $75 emergency fee plus a $25 travel fee applies. Call or text us for availability.
6. How much does it cost?
Our standard rates are:
$10 per notarized signature (per Oregon law)
$30 standard travel fee for mobile visits

7. Can you notarize documents online?
Yes! We offer remote online notarization (RON) for eligible documents. You'll need a valid ID, internet access, and a device with a camera. Contact us to get started.
8. What types of ID are acceptable?
We accept:
State-issued driver's license or ID card
U.S. or foreign passport
U.S. military ID
Permanent resident card (Green Card)
The ID must be current or issued within the last 5 years, and include your photo, signature, and physical description.
9. Can you notarize a document for someone who doesn't speak English?
Both the signer and the notary must be able to communicate in the same language. If the signer does not speak English, a qualified interpreter may be required. Please contact us before booking.
10. Do you provide legal advice or draft documents?
No. As Oregon notaries, we are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or draft legal documents. If you need help preparing legal forms, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney.
